Introduction
We built this new 2500W infrared heater with one goal in mind: pack serious heat into a small space—without the drama of overheating. Overheat protection isn’t an afterthought here. It’s baked into the design, so you can trust it when space is tight and your thermal control has to be rock solid.
What’s Under the Hood
It runs on 400V and squeezes 2500W of power into a 300mm tube. That’s a lot of heat in a small footprint, which makes fitting it into tight spots way easier. But here’s the thing: that kind of density means your surrounding gear needs room to breathe. Plan your cooling up front, and you won’t be chasing overheat warnings on the machine side.
Materials and Build
Inside, a halogen element sits in a quartz tube. Why? Because it heats up fast and stays steady, even when you’re cycling the heat over and over. A reflective coating on the inside pushes more infrared energy forward, so more heat goes where you want it. And the R7s connector handles the high current with no fuss—installers know it, it’s secure, and it keeps wiring simple.
Where It Shines
If you need spot heating you can count on—without sweating the safety side—this is built for you. The overheat protection kicks in before things get dangerous, shielding both the heater and what’s around it. It’s compact enough to fit clean, modern setups, yet it still brings the output you need for demanding work. The trade-off is honest: you get concentrated heat in a small package, and you just need to plan for the extra thermal load on the rest of your system. Spec it, wire it up, and let it do its job.
